Upper Wrap Assembly w/ Bungee

This upper bag support comes with bungee cords to hold your bag in place.

This style is compatible with carts that have bungee cords or tension arms on the upper wrap assembly. This assembly will not replace upper wrap assemblies with the velcro-style straps.
